    Most of the content on our website is in the public domain and does not include copyright or other intellectual property notices. However, certain computer software developed by DestinationRx, Inc. and licensed by CMS for use solely on the Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Finder (“MPDPF”) is proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. In addition, certain material on the website is not government material. You acknowledge and agree that the materials are the property of the respective service providers, suppliers or licensors, and that you will not acquire any rights or licenses in any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property contained within the MPDPF web tool.

    Government information is normally in the public domain. Public domain information may be freely distributed and copied. However, you are authorized to use DestinationRx, Inc. computer software and related database for informational purposes only and not for any direct or indirect commercial purpose. In addition, other material on the website which is not government material may not be copyrighted by private entities and may not be used for any direct or indirect commercial purpose. Any use not authorized herein is prohibited. Any copies that you make of the materials must retain all copyright and other notices. Except as expressly provided for in this Terms of Use, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, display, perform, distribute, disseminate, broadcast or circulate any materials to any third party, or participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works or in any way exploit the content of the CMS Websites or any portion thereof without express prior written consent of CMS.
